Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Inventive Customs, LLC, doing business as Cornhole Chaos. Please
read our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with
your purchase, we are here to assist you.


Returns:
We cannot accept returns for sale items/products or custom items/products or personalized
items/products.


For stock items, returns for store credit only are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Please
note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
For a stock item/product to be eligible for a return, you must:


• Ensure the item is in the same condition as when you received it – unused,
undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Contact info@cornholechaos.com with your name, order number, and the
reason for your return request within 48 hours of receiving the item. A customer
service representative will contact you within 24 hours to advise on the return's
approval.
• Your item must be approved for return and assigned a return authorization
number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the
shipping label. Boxes received without a Return Authorization number will be
returned to the sender.

• Once you receive an approval number, include a copy of your packing slip in
the shipping box and send the item to:

And please email info@cornholechaos.com with the tracking information. The
customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return. We do not accept
C.O.D. deliveries
. When your return is received, we will notify you of your store
credit.


Damages:

Once packages are collected from Inventive Customs, LLC by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other mail
carriers or delivery companies, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing
packages (including packages marked as delivered by the mail carrier). However, if the received
item is damaged, please contact us at info@cornholechaos.com and provide your order
number and pictures of the damage. We will attempt to rectify the situation. Any damage due
to shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
